1. The Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners of Exclusive Party Group, available in requires that all business relationships of DJ Sound Productions, LLC, DBA Exclusive Party Group, DBA EPG, DBA Hora Loca Shows & More, DBA DJSOPRO including its affiliates and subsidiaries (jointly “Exclusive Party Group”), with suppliers and business partners like you, must be transparent and comply at all times with the policies of Exclusive Party Group for the selection, hiring, and management of third parties.
2. This declaration must be completed: (a) as a prerequisite to initiating a business relationship with Exclusive Party Group; (b) when requested by Exclusive Party Group; and (c) if there are any changes in the information declared.
3. For the purposes of this declaration, a Conflict of Interest includes any situation know by you or your company that may inappropriately affect the performance of its obligations to Exclusive Party Group, negatively influence the service provided, compromise its relationship or loyalty towards us, or result in a personal or financial benefit for individuals on both sides. This includes, but is not limited to:
a) Any situation where the hiring of a company related to family or friends of employees, executives, or directors of Exclusive Party Group by another business unit may create the appearance of a conflict of interest, even if there is no direct relationship between the decision-maker and the contracted party.
(b) The hiring of employees that have recently left Exclusive Party Group to work in your company.
(c) Offering gifts, commissions (in kind or cash) or anything of value Ex personnel, or adopting aimed at improperly maintaining or enhancing the business relationship with Exclusive Party Group.
(d) Any other real, potential or perceived relationship or circumstance that could represent a conflict or interest or affect or appear to affect the work, responsibilities, service performed, or the business relationship between you or your company and Exclusive Party Group.
Definitions
“Family Member”: Up to the second degree (“children, stepchildren, parents, stepparents, spouse, siblings, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law”). Any person sharing your household who is not a tenant or employee.
